With the theme of mythology, Ropecon 2019 invites its attendees to explore the world of myths, legends and folklore. The program of Ropecon 2019 will feature the theme by examining, among other things, different folklore, mythical creatures, myths and legends. In a role-playing game convention such as Ropecon, this exploration of mythology is not limited to just traditional folklore and fiction, but is instead expanded upon by taking a look at fictional mythologies of different game worlds: after all, game designers, game authors and game masters often develop their own mythologies to suit the needs of their hobby.

In addition to our program, we hope that the theme will also be featured in the costumes worn by our attendees. If you have ever wanted to wear those vampire teeth, carry around Thor’s hammer or wear that fairy costume, this year’s convention is a great chance to do so!
